An opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, service orientated representative to join our Electronics manufacturing operation in Cameron Park, NSW.

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the Customer Care team, you will assist with the management of the repairs process, including the receiving and creating of orders/ jobs, reporting, reviewing and liaising with our customers to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for learning in a fast pace environment.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with high data entry/processing accuracy
