Ampcontrol offers an email based user group for the iMAC and VoiceCom product range.
The user group will allow the transfer of information between users of iMAC and associated products. This will provide benefits in terms of problem solving, configuration, technical assistance and programming.
You can raise an issue or query at anytime by sending an email with your message to imacuser@ampcontrolgroup.com.
The issue will then be forwarded to all members of the user group.
Any group member who would like to post a reply to the message simply clicks reply and the message will be conveyed to the entire group.
The user group will also be a forum for product updates and alerts as necessary. Users can also put forward ideas for future product enhancements.
If at anytime you wish to stop recieving emails from the User Group simply send an email to imacuser@ampcontrolgroup.com with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE and your details will immediately be removed from the recipients list.
