Ampcontrol Service operations are well equipped to meet the demands of industry and mining with expansive floor space and modern test equipment.

Ampcontrol can perform repairs and overhauls on all types of air, oil, vacuum and gas circuit breakers up to 132kV.

These services include:

• Condition assessment
• Retrofitting replacement of superseded circuit breakers with modern units to the existing chassis
• Exchange units available
• On site and workshop servicing
• Inspection of contacts
• Oil tested
• Comprehensive mechanical repairs

Mechanism repairs include:

• Rebuilt or exchange
• Obsolete parts rebuilt
• General repairs

All overhauled equipment is fully tested to the applicable standards including testing the contact resistance up to 2000V.
