Description

The relay has been approved intrinsically safe and is suitable for use in a Zone 0 hazardous area.  The relay picks up if loop resistance is less than 39 ohms and drops out if the resistance exceeds 45 ohms.  Shunt resistance between the pilot and earth phase conductors has to be greater than 500 ohms.  A time delay on pickup and drop out is also provided.

The relay is powered from a 110VAC power supply.

The relay is suitable for remote operation and when ‘remote’ has been selected, a remote stop/start station is used to operate the relay.
