We produce a series of relays for metalliferous mining applications as well as for industrial use.
A toroid is used to measure earth fault current and a definite time operating characteristic is provided with adjustable trip sensitivity and time delay.
The operation of most relays can be configured for fail safe or non-fail safe operation.
Two 16 position switches independently set the trip setting and time delay parameters of the relay.
Earth Leakage Trip Level range - 100 to 2500mA.
Time Delay range 50 to 3000mS.
A 4-20mA output of the relay allows remote monitoring/indication of the leakage level. An internal switch mode power supply allows the ELM to operate from 24VAC to 132VAC or 20VDC to 185VDC.
