Overview

Description

Tilt Switches – Heavy Duty Range

Ampcontrol Tilt Switches are a dependable and versatile means of monitoring high levels in bulk material handling.

The probe is completely sealed and self-contained with a built in time delay, eliminating in most cases the requirement for costly timers and/or relays.  The probe is also unaffected by vibration due to a patented hydraulic dampening device which is incorporated in the structure.

Paddles, fins and wear plates can be easily attached.  Blocked chute detection is a typical application.

Tilt Switches – Miniature Range

The Miniature Tilt Switch is a compact device with a mercury contact sealed in an inert atmosphere and encapsulated within four separate envelopes.  Typical uses include coal, gravel, cement, woodchip and pellet applications.

Ampcontrol offers a User Group for support and advice using the Monitoring and Control range of products.
