WPT Series Twin Lamp Maintained Emergency Luminaire

Maintained emergency fittings include an integral emergency pack consisting of a solid-state inverter, battery charger, high temperature NICAD battery pack and change-over circuit.

In a twin luminaire, both tubes will be illuminated during normal supply under control of the switched active supply.

When the monitored supply (unswitched) fails, one of the tubes operates at 10 Watt illumination for 2 hours, after 16 hours recharge from fully discharged.

This luminaire requires an unswitched active supply for battery charging and supply monitoring and a switched active for normal operation. A red LED provides indication of the operation of the battery charger and the readiness of the emergency pack.
