Plastic Extrusion

Plastic tubing manufactured from:

• Polycarbonate
• ABS
• Butyrate
• Polysulphone

Burn Brite extrude the outer cases for the Burn Brite NB4 Portable Fluorescent Lead-Light and the various Burn Brite hazardous area lights.

Polycarbonate tubing is available in a wide range of sizes through our reseller network.  Other materials are also available, subject to volume.

Injection Moulding

Burn Brite manufacture custom moulded components in a wide range of materials including Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, PVC, ABS, HDPE, Santoprene, Safe-T-Glow, Nylon, glass filled Nylon and Noryl.

We have extensive experience in the tool design and moulding of engineering plastics.  Components such as Versa-Lite handles, mining plugs and switch bodies are moulded for our lighting products.  Burn Brite can also assist you in the tool design, moulding and finishing options for all your plastic requirements.
