Description

We offer both in-house workshop and field service.

A fully equipped in-house workshop and trained staff deal with customer requirements which include routine maintenance, emergency repairs and warranty issues.

The workshop has NATA calibrated equipment and gas mixtures for the purpose of repair and calibration of the products.

The field service function consists of engineers with mobile workshops which enable them to provide on site maintenance, calibration and repair of customers equipment.

Each service activity includes a written report of the functions carried out and the result of tests.

The Engineering Department provides the Service Department with technical backup for service problems.

Distributors are trained on the service procedures so that local support is available in all areas. The internal service function supports the distributors with the repair of products returned to the factory.
