The Micro 4000 Four Channel Controller is a state of the art instrument incorporating the desired features of more sophisticated systems in an affordable and compact package.
The unit provides individual or grouped alarm relay contacts for fault, two levels of alarm and analogue outputs. These can be used for data logging, proportional control or remote display functions.
The controller is designed to accept inputs from directly connected Austech IR, catalytic and electrochemical 4-20mA input devices, such as thermal fire sensors, and Austech’s full range of UV/ UV/IR and multi-spectrum flame detectors.
The system has MODBUS data ports for connection to PLC and computer based systems. This facility allows sensor values, alarms and condition information to be used in integrated control and SCADA systems.
The Micro 4000 is available in a flameproof version and contains software 'Voting Logic' output which allows the common Warn and Alarm relays to be set to operate on a voting or non-voting basis.
In-house engineering and production facilities enable fixed systems to be configured for most customer plant monitoring and control functions
