12 Channel Controller

The 12 channel controller has been designed and developed specifically for HVAC, refrigeration, light industry, power, utilities and heavy industrial applications.

Housed in a high impact enclosure, the controller is mechanically durable and can be programmed from the front panel. All field and power wiring terminations are plug-in connectors that allows for easy installation and servicing.

Overview

Description

The backlit display is selectable in three modes: 1) static – all 12 channels are displayed at one; 2) cycling through all 12 channels or 3) concentration and status readings on a selected channel.

The controller features software 'voting logic' output, data retention on loss of power, three output relays with configurable alarm setpoints, one relay output for fault warning and two 4-20ma outputs.

In the case of sensor malfunction, one or more of the channels can be isolated, allowing the remaining channels to stay active, a feature not available on many other gas alarm systems.

The 12 channel controller is available in an exd approved flameproof unit with a window in the cover which permits the operator to observe the alpha numeric display and led indicators.
