Burn Brite, based in Bayswater North, Victoria was a leading manufacturer of portable and fixed industrial, hazardous area and mining lighting and had more than 50 years experience in research and development of lighting for industrial applications.

Ampcontrol acquired Burn Brite as part of its strategy to grow and diversify the business, domestically and globally, in hazardous area equipment. The acquisition also increased Ampcontrol’s total package supply capability to the international longwall mining, and oil and gas markets.
