Ampcontrol further expanded its service capabilities with the acquisition of Hymec Electrical in Wollongong.

Known as Ampcontrol EME, the acquisition enabled Ampcontrol to provide service facilities to the customer base of the southern coalfields and expand in the industrial market within the Illawarra and Southern NSW regions.

Offering HV maintenance service, hazardous and non hazardous area equipment overhaul and upgrades, onsite equipment inspections and PLC programming, Ampcontrol EME also provides sales and service support for Ampcontrol’s manufactured products.
