A Strategic Review undertaken by directors and management resulted in the divisional structure that still exists today - Power, Electronics and Service.  This review was the catalyst for the exponential growth and diversification that occurred in the following years. It changed the direction of the company, identifying the need to diversify from the organisations’ core market segments, via organic growth and acquisition.
